The blade is given an excellent heat treatment for outstanding hardness, strength, edge holding, and edge retention. Measuring approximately 5.25 mm thick, it features expertly executed hand grinds on both sides, while the upper side incorporates a carefully formed false edge that adds further definition to the chopper's distinctive custom profile. Its integral-forged construction further distinguishes this piece, creating a particularly substantial and traditional custom-knifemaking character.
