Impact Cutlery UK is committed to the safe, responsible and lawful delivery of knives, bladed articles and other age-restricted products. Our delivery procedures are designed to support our responsibilities as a specialist cutlery retailer and to prevent age-restricted products from being supplied to persons who are not legally permitted to receive them.

UK Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using established postal and courier services.

Delivery methods may vary according to the type of product, order value, parcel size and destination.

Orders containing knives, bladed articles or other age-restricted products may be subject to additional verification and delivery requirements.

Age-Restricted Products

You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase age-restricted knives and bladed articles from Impact Cutlery.

Orders may be subject to age and/or identity verification before processing or dispatch.

Where required by law or considered appropriate, age-restricted products may be sent using a delivery service requiring age verification or identification upon delivery.

The carrier may request acceptable identification before releasing an age-restricted parcel.

Delivery to an Adult

Age-restricted products must only be received by a person who meets the applicable legal age requirement.

Customers should therefore ensure that an eligible adult is available to receive the parcel where an age-verified or age-restricted delivery service is being used.

A courier or delivery provider may refuse to hand over a parcel if satisfactory evidence of age cannot be provided.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays, customs procedures, adverse weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a product is custom-made or made to order, the estimated production time will be additional to the delivery time.

Packaging

Orders are securely packaged to protect the products during transportation.

Where required by applicable law or carrier requirements, parcels containing age-restricted products may carry appropriate information or markings for the delivery provider.

International Delivery

Impact Cutlery supplies customers in a number of international destinations. However, laws concerning knives, bladed articles and related products vary considerably between countries and jurisdictions.

Customers placing international orders are responsible for checking whether the products they intend to purchase may lawfully be imported, purchased and possessed in their destination.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we believe that a product cannot lawfully or appropriately be supplied to the destination.

Customs authorities may inspect parcels and may impose import duties, taxes, restrictions or other requirements. Such matters are governed by the destination country's authorities and may be outside the control of Impact Cutlery.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase, any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Impact Cutlery cannot guarantee how individual customs authorities will classify or process a particular shipment.

Failed Age Verification

Where age or identity verification is required, an order may be placed on hold while verification is completed.

If satisfactory verification cannot be completed, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund the order.

Where a delivery provider is unable to complete an age-restricted delivery because the recipient cannot provide acceptable proof of age, the parcel may be returned to us in accordance with the carrier's procedures.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers should carefully check their delivery information before submitting an order.

Impact Cutlery cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Where a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

Delivery Restrictions

We reserve the right to apply additional shipping restrictions where necessary to comply with:

• UK legislation and regulatory requirements;

• destination-country laws and import restrictions;

• age-verification requirements;

• postal or courier restrictions; or

• our responsible-sales obligations.

Where we cannot safely or lawfully complete an order, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue an appropriate refund.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe that a parcel has been lost in transit, please contact Impact Cutlery as soon as possible with your order details.

We will investigate the matter with the relevant delivery provider and assist in resolving the issue in accordance with our applicable terms and policies.
