We ask you to please inspect your knife when it arrives, to make sure you have received exactly what you ordered. And if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your knife you have ordered from Impact Cutlery or the Knife(s) is damaged/defective, you may return it within 15 days of the purchase, in unused original condition with all documentations, for a replacement, refund or credit.WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN OUR LIFE TIME WARRANTYNormal wear and tear that includes rust, blemish, scratches, tarnish, blade chip, broken knife tip, blade edge dings, dents are not covered. Impact Knives are not intended to be used as hammer, chisel, pry bars or screwdrivers. Out of warranty damages including accidental damage can also be repaired for a reasonable fees.Natural Materials i.e bone, horns etc may naturally crack or shrink over the period of time due to change in the climate and temperature and are not covered under Life time warranty.
