The substantial 20.65-inch blade is crafted from prestigious, high-strength D2 tool steel and given an excellent heat treatment for outstanding strength, edge holding, and edge retention. Measuring approximately 5.75 mm thick, the blade features expertly executed hand grinds on both sides, with both edges carefully honed to a sharp finish. Its considerable thickness and solid construction give this sword the substantial character expected from a serious handmade piece.

• Sheath Style – Choose from standard or premium hand-tooled leather, belt loop or snap closure, left- or right-handed carry, cross-draw, Western/Cowboy style, retention strap, drop-leg style, and other suitable configurations. Leather colour options include black, brown, tan, and chocolate brown.

You are also welcome to provide sketches or reference photographs to help explain the details you would like incorporated into your sword. We will do our utmost to bring your vision to life, and if a particular request is not practical or possible, we will suggest the closest suitable alternative.
